The first phase of the Hillside Residences project sold out in less than four hours, according to Dubai real estate company Wasl.

Wasl started the project’s second phase on the same day, building on its success.

The 819 units of Hillside Residences range in size from one to four bedrooms, with penthouses, three-bedroom duplexes, two-bedroom duplexes, and four-bedroom duplex penthouses among the options.
