During its participation in the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition “Acres 2025” at Expo Centre Sharjah, the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) disclosed that 70% of its residential project “Ajwan Khorfakkan” had been sold. The two new residential buildings, Mawj and Ghadeer, were the main drivers of sales.

The Excellency of The CEO of Shurooq, Ahmed Obaid Al Qaseer, highlighted the attendance at the “Mawj” and “Ghadeer” towers, which was notable. The response demonstrates the increasing confidence in the Khorfakkan real estate market and supports Sharjah’s objective of sustainable growth.

The “Ajwan” complex, which spans 65,269 square meters, consists of six residential towers housing 185 luxurious apartments. The stunning views of the Arabian Gulf or the Khorfakkan mountains from the apartments add to the development’s allure.
