The demand for residences on Saadiyat Island is international, as evidenced by the fact that 72% of transactions were made by foreign buyers and expatriate residents, while 28% were made by UAE nationals.

The final edition of Aldar’s design-led urban collection on Saadiyat Island, Manarat Living III, sold out in just one day, bringing in AED 940 million, the company revealed today. The community sold out quickly, which is indicative of Saadiyat Island’s standing as Abu Dhabi’s most desirable neighborhood with a number of distinctive residential ideas that are drawing a lot of interest from both domestic and foreign buyers.

The demand for residences on Saadiyat Island is international, as evidenced by the fact that 72% of transactions were made by foreign buyers and expatriate residents, while 28% were made by UAE nationals. According to sales volume, the top four foreign customers are citizens of the UAE, Jordan, China, and the UK. 

Younger homebuyers are increasingly drawn to modern residential concepts, as evidenced by the fact that 65% of all buyers are under 45. 57% of purchases of Aldar properties were made by first-time purchasers, demonstrating the brand’s rising appeal to both homeowners and investors.

The most upscale offering in the Manarat Living series, the boutique residential neighborhood has 400 urban houses. It provides improved facilities and high-end features, such as well-planned outdoor and communal areas.
