In 2024, Emaar Properties reported the highest-ever AED 70 billion ($19 billion) in property sales, a 72% year-over-year (YoY) increase.
Record real estate sales helped the Dubai-listed company’s revenues soar to an all-time high of AED 35.5 billion in 2024, a 33% YoY rise, the company reported.
As of December 31, 2024, the group’s property sales revenue backlog had topped AED 110 billion, up 55% from 2023 and indicating “robust revenue growth for the coming years.”

With a total development value of AED 96 billion, Emaar purchased 141 million square feet of development land in a desirable part of Dubai.
In addition to proposing its highest-ever payment of AED 8.8 billion for 2024 a 100% increase over 2023 the business also unveiled a new dividend policy last December.Â
