There will be 558 units in the Design Quarter at d3.

Dubai Holding Real Estate member Meraas has given Arabian Construction Company LLC a contract worth more than AED 2 billion to build Design Quarter at d3, which would comprise the first residential community inside the worldwide creative and design ecosystem known as Dubai Design District (d3).

There will be 558 units in the Design Quarter at d3, which is expected to be finished by the middle of 2027. These are housed within a landscaped pedestal and take up three buildings: two tall skyscrapers and one low-rise. 

By connecting the apartment buildings, this raised podium acts as a gathering place for the occupants. Co-working spaces, an indoor-outdoor gym, swimming pools, barbeque areas, and entertaining places for kids’ activities will all be part of this.
