SOL LUXE is a mixed-use project that SOL Properties has unveiled with the goal of revolutionizing luxury living and working in Dubai. With a height of 280 meters and 62 stories, this US $599 million building is now under construction on Dubai’s Sheikh Zayed Road and will rank among the city’s tallest freehold skyscrapers.

The tower is presently under construction, and it is expected to be completed in Q4 2028. 

In order to redefine luxury living and working on Dubai’s most prestigious boulevard, the project will incorporate premium residences, Grade A office spaces, carefully chosen F&B retail outlets, and a rooftop infinity-edge pool with expansive views of the Burj Khalifa and Burj Al Arab, according to the developer.

It further stated that the development offers a remarkable lifestyle, being close to offices, schools, hospitals, restaurants, and the Dubai Mall, as well as being only 15 minutes from Dubai International Airport and a minute’s walk from the DIFC Metro Station.

AI-powered smart systems throughout the tower improve comfort and convenience by optimizing air quality, forecasting maintenance, and securely regulating guest access, the company stated. 

Residents and tenants can engage in a wide choice of lifestyle and wellness amenities. These consist of a rooftop mini golf course, a kids’ pool, an infinity edge pool, a jacuzzi, an indoor-outdoor gym, yoga decks, BBQ pavilions, multipurpose rooms, and terrace lounges. Families will value the manicured gardens and kid-friendly play spaces, which provide a carefully planned space for relaxation and well-being. According to the development, commercial office owners will also have access to a dedicated floor with comparable facilities, such as private meeting rooms and adaptable indoor and outdoor event areas for social events.
