Accor and CITYVIEW Unveil Pullman Residences and Offices Project in Dubai Meydan
New Meydan development will feature 282 Pullman-branded homes and Accor’s first branded offices offered for sale
Accor and Dubai-based CITYVIEW Developments have announced a new mixed-use project in Meydan that will combine Pullman-branded residences with a new office concept under the hospitality brand.
Named Pullman Residences & Offices Dubai Meydan, the development is scheduled to open in 2029 and will include 282 branded residences together with Pullman-branded offices. According to Accor, the project marks the group’s first branded office development offered for sale globally.
The announcement was made during the Future Hospitality Summit (FHS) World 2026 in Dubai, as Accor and CITYVIEW continue to expand their partnership in the UAE real estate market.
Pullman-branded homes planned for Meydan
The residential part of the development will offer one- to four-bedroom homes, combining residential accommodation with amenities designed around work, leisure and social activities.
Planned facilities include meeting and event areas, a screening room, games room, outdoor children's area and a padel court. Residents will also have access to fitness and wellness facilities and three food and beverage concepts.
Owners will additionally be eligible for benefits through Accor's Owner Benefits Programme, subject to the programme's applicable terms and participating properties.
The project is being developed with support from Accor One Living, Accor's platform for mixed-use and branded residential developments.
Accor enters branded offices for sale
One of the most notable elements of the project is the introduction of Pullman-branded offices.
Accor said Pullman Offices Dubai Meydan will be its first branded office concept offered for sale globally. The concept is intended to bring elements of hospitality into the workplace, combining commercial space with services, design and technology associated with the Pullman brand.
CITYVIEW said it also plans to incorporate AI-driven solutions into the office environment. The developer's stated aim is to create workplaces that are more technology-enabled and adaptable to changing business requirements.
The office component gives the project a commercial dimension beyond the traditional branded-residence model, bringing residential and workplace uses together within the same development.
Meydan location close to Downtown Dubai
Pullman Residences & Offices Dubai Meydan will be located in Meydan Horizon, positioning the development close to Downtown Dubai and the wider central Dubai area.
According to the project announcement, the development is expected to be around five minutes from Downtown Dubai, while DIFC is approximately five to 10 minutes away. Dubai International Airport is stated to be around 15 to 20 minutes from the project.
The development will also provide access to Dubai Design District, Dubai Creek and major road networks. The project is planned with views towards the Burj Khalifa and Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary.
The location is intended to appeal to both residents and office users seeking access to Dubai's main business, employment and lifestyle districts.
CITYVIEW and Accor expand their Dubai partnership
The Meydan project represents another addition to the relationship between Accor and CITYVIEW Developments.
Their existing portfolio includes Hyde Residences Dubai Hills, Hyde Hotel Bodrum in Türkiye, ibis Styles Tbilisi Center and Tbilisi Philharmonic by Mercure Hotel in Georgia.
For Accor, the project also expands the use of the Pullman brand beyond conventional hospitality and residential developments into a new commercial property format.
Pullman currently operates more than 150 properties across more than 40 countries, according to Accor.
With the Meydan development, the two companies are targeting a mixed-use model that combines branded residential units, offices, hospitality-inspired services and technology within a single destination.
