RAK Properties Steps Up Delivery Plans as Hundreds of Homes Near Completion in Ras Al Khaimah
The developer reported AED809.72 million in revenue for the first nine months of 2026 and expects to complete a substantial number of residential handovers before the year ends.
RAK Properties is preparing for a busy final quarter of 2026, with hundreds of residential units scheduled for delivery as the Ras Al Khaimah developer continues to expand its project pipeline.
The company's latest performance update points to ongoing development activity, even as the wider property market experiences changing sales conditions. RAK Properties recorded revenue of AED809.72 million during the first nine months of 2026, alongside a net profit of AED111.37 million.
Gross profit reached AED312.59 million, while operating profit stood at AED150.22 million. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) amounted to AED202.71 million. Earnings per share were reported at AED0.037.
The developer's total assets were valued at approximately AED8.9 billion, with its project backlog reaching AED3.18 billion.
Hundreds of residential units targeted for delivery
RAK Properties reported selling 260 residential units during the reporting period, generating sales worth AED476 million. This represented an average transaction value of approximately AED1.83 million per unit.
The company also outlined its handover programme. A total of 748 homes were identified as available for handover, with 691 expected to be delivered during the fourth quarter. The developer had already completed handovers of 356 units.
These figures indicate that delivery activity is becoming an important part of the company's operations. However, the expected handover numbers should be viewed as targets rather than confirmation that all scheduled homes have already been delivered.
Development pipeline continues to expand
Beyond its immediate delivery programme, RAK Properties has more than 5,000 homes in its development pipeline, supporting its longer-term presence in the emirate's residential market.
Its portfolio includes projects such as Strand and Lunara, while the company is also pursuing plans connected with the Four Seasons brand. These developments reflect the continued focus on residential and higher-end property offerings in Ras Al Khaimah.
The emirate has attracted growing attention from property investors and developers, supported by new residential communities, tourism-related investment and major hospitality projects. RAK Properties' delivery programme forms part of this broader development activity.
Focus shifts towards execution
The latest results highlight the importance of project delivery alongside new sales. With a sizeable number of homes expected to reach completion in the final months of 2026, the company's ability to meet its handover schedule will be an important indicator of its execution progress.
Its financial performance, existing backlog and future housing pipeline provide a picture of the developer's current position as it moves into the final quarter of the year.
For Ras Al Khaimah's property market, the completion of these homes will add to the emirate's residential supply and provide further insight into how developers are progressing with projects amid changing market conditions.
