CBA Real Estate Records AED 974.6 Million in Dubai Property Deals
Dubai Brokerage Completes 217 Transactions Alongside 2026 Great Place To Work Recognition
CBA Real Estate has reported AED 974.6 million in property transaction value from 217 deals completed by a 12-member sales team, according to a company announcement reported on September 26, 2026.
The brokerage said the figures represent an average of about 18.1 transactions per agent, while the average transaction value generated per agent was approximately AED 81.2 million.
The announcement comes alongside CBA Real Estate receiving its 2026 Great Place To Work Certification, giving the company both a workplace recognition and a set of reported business-performance figures to highlight as it continues developing its Dubai operations.
CBA Highlights Workplace Culture as Part of Its Business Growth Strategy
Great Place To Work Certification is based on employee feedback about their workplace experience. The assessment covers areas such as trust, leadership, workplace culture and employees' overall experience within an organisation.
CBA Real Estate CEO Salman Bin Ali said the company's approach focuses on creating an environment in which employee development and business performance can progress together.
According to Bin Ali, the company believes that building a productive brokerage does not necessarily depend on having the largest workforce. Instead, CBA says it has focused on people, internal systems, training, technology and market knowledge to support its agents.
The company has also indicated that it places emphasis on productivity per agent rather than relying solely on increasing headcount.
217 transactions generated AED 974.6 million
CBA said its 12-agent sales team completed 217 property transactions with a combined value of AED 974.6 million.
Based on the company's reported figures, this works out to approximately 18.1 transactions per agent and AED 81.2 million in transaction value per agent.
These are company-reported performance figures and should be viewed separately from Dubai's overall real-estate market statistics.
Dubai property market recorded AED 252 billion in Q1
The wider Dubai real-estate market also recorded substantial transaction activity during the first quarter of 2026.
According to the Dubai Land Department, Dubai recorded AED 252 billion in total real-estate transactions during Q1 2026, representing a 31% increase in transaction value compared with the same period in 2025. Transaction volume increased by 6%, reaching 60,303 transactions.
DLD also reported AED 173 billion in real-estate investments across 57,744 investments during the quarter, while the number of investors reached 48,448.
The official figures provide broader market context for the environment in which Dubai-based brokerages such as CBA Real Estate are operating.
Competition extends beyond property transactions
Dubai's expanding property market has also created a competitive environment for real-estate professionals and brokerage firms.
For agencies, attracting experienced agents is only one part of building a sales operation. Training, technology, access to market information, management support and workplace conditions can also form part of a brokerage's strategy for developing its workforce.
CBA has said it plans to continue investing in training, technology, recruitment and operational systems as it expands its presence in Dubai.
Workplace recognition accompanies reported business growth
The 2026 Great Place To Work Certification gives CBA Real Estate an additional point of recognition as it develops its Dubai business.
At the same time, the company's reported AED 974.6 million in transaction value and 217 completed deals provide measurable figures for its recent sales activity.
Together, the workplace certification and transaction figures form part of CBA Real Estate's latest corporate update as the brokerage continues to build its operations in Dubai's competitive property market.
