Emaar Expands Address Hotel Brand With New Properties in Dubai, Riyadh and Ras Al Khaimah
Emaar Hospitality Group is expanding its Address Hotels + Resorts portfolio with three new luxury properties planned across Dubai, Riyadh and Ras Al Khaimah, adding 582 hotel rooms and 60 serviced apartments to the brand’s regional pipeline.
The new developments are Address The Bay in Dubai Harbour, Address Diriyah in Riyadh, and Address Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. The projects are scheduled to open between 2027 and 2028.
The expansion was presented during the Arabian Travel Market in Dubai, held from September 14 to 17, 2026.
Address The Bay to open at Dubai Harbour
Address The Bay is planned as a 182-key beachfront hotel at Emaar Beachfront in Dubai Harbour, overlooking Palm Jumeirah.
The property is expected to open in 2027 and will include a 523-square-metre pool deck with private cabanas, along with six restaurants and lounge concepts.
The development will add another luxury hospitality offering to Dubai Harbour, one of the city’s growing waterfront destinations.
Address Diriyah brings the brand to Riyadh
In Saudi Arabia, Emaar Hospitality Group is preparing to open Address Diriyah in 2028.
The five-star property will include 204 hotel rooms and 60 serviced apartments and will be located within Diriyah, the historic area being developed into a major cultural, tourism and hospitality destination.
The hotel’s design will draw from traditional Najdi architectural influences, incorporating the region’s distinctive earth-toned architectural style.
Plans include restaurants, a café and a rooftop swimming pool. The project is being developed by the Diriyah Company, while Address Hotels + Resorts will operate the property.
Address Al Marjan Island planned for Ras Al Khaimah
Emaar is also expanding the Address brand in Ras Al Khaimah with Address Al Marjan Island, scheduled to open in 2028.
The resort will comprise 196 keys and will be located on View Island at Al Marjan Island, within a wider residential community featuring more than 1,100 homes.
The resort is planned to include three swimming pools, including a 614-square-metre family pool, as well as a 1,155-square-metre lounge located on a jetty.
The property is expected to strengthen Al Marjan Island’s growing hospitality offering as Ras Al Khaimah continues to develop its tourism and waterfront destinations.
Address strengthens regional hospitality pipeline
Across the three developments, Emaar Hospitality Group is adding 582 hotel keys to the Address portfolio, alongside the 60 serviced apartments planned in Riyadh.
The projects extend the Address brand’s presence across major Gulf destinations, combining Dubai’s waterfront hospitality market with developments in Riyadh and Ras Al Khaimah.
With openings planned from 2027 through 2028, the projects form part of Emaar Hospitality Group’s continued expansion of its luxury hotel portfolio across the region.
