Dubai Real Estate Transactions Reach Dh574.1 Billion in First Nine Months of 2026
Dubai’s real estate market recorded Dh574.12 billion in total transactions during the first nine months of 2026, highlighting continued activity across residential, commercial and land segments.
According to data based on Dubai Land Department records, 165,018 real estate transactions were registered between January and September 2026. The total transaction value represents around 62.5% of the Dh919 billion recorded across the full year of 2025.
Property sales reach Dh379.4 billion
Property sales accounted for approximately Dh379.4 billion of the total transaction value during the nine-month period, making it the second-highest sales value recorded in Dubai’s real estate market, according to the report.
The sales involved 123,416 transactions. Residential properties represented the largest portion of transaction activity, with 104,198 deals, while buildings accounted for 9,514 transactions and land for 9,704 transactions.
Ready properties generated Dh196.08 billion through about 39,320 transactions. This included 27,020 residential transactions, 2,605 building transactions and 9,704 land transactions.
Meanwhile, off-plan sales reached Dh183.32 billion from 84,090 transactions. Residential units accounted for 77,180 of those deals, while buildings recorded 6,909 transactions.
Mortgage transactions cross Dh151 billion
Mortgage-related transactions added another Dh151.13 billion during the first nine months of the year, covering 34,910 transactions.
Residential units accounted for 22,060 mortgage transactions, while buildings recorded 4,223 deals and land transactions stood at 8,627.
Property transfers classified as gifts were valued at Dh43.6 billion across 6,692 transactions during the same period.
Business Bay leads major areas
Business Bay recorded the highest sales value among Dubai’s major areas during the first nine months of 2026, with transactions exceeding Dh20 billion.
Airport City followed with approximately Dh17.72 billion, while Al Yalayis 1 recorded Dh16.09 billion.
Other areas featuring among the highest sales values included Palm Deira at Dh12.98 billion, Palm Jumeirah at Dh11.61 billion, Me’aisem 2 at Dh11.5 billion and Jumeirah Village Circle at Dh10.29 billion.
Palm Jebel Ali recorded Dh9.4 billion, followed by the Burj Khalifa area with Dh8.86 billion and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Gardens with Dh8.5 billion.
September records Dh50.78 billion in total transactions
Dubai’s real estate market also recorded significant activity in September, when total transactions reached Dh50.78 billion across 16,490 deals.
Property sales accounted for Dh29.66 billion through 11,430 transactions. Ready-property sales stood at Dh16.03 billion from 3,955 transactions, while off-plan sales reached Dh13.63 billion across 7,476 transactions.
Mortgage transactions added Dh16.79 billion through 4,266 deals during the month.
Gift-related property transfers totalled Dh4.33 billion across 796 transactions.
The September figures underline the continued scale of activity across Dubai’s property market, with both completed and off-plan properties contributing significantly to monthly transaction volumes.
