Dubai Real Estate Transactions Reach Dh11.28bn as 2,871 Sales Recorded in One Week

Dubai’s real estate market recorded Dh11.28 billion ($3.1 billion) in transactions during the week from September 28 to October 2, according to data from the Dubai Land Department.
Sales made up the largest portion of the weekly activity, with 2,871 transactions worth Dh7.58 billion ($2.1 billion) recorded during the period.
The latest figures highlight continued activity across Dubai’s residential and commercial property markets, with several high-value deals included in the weekly transaction data.
High-value Dubai property deals
Some of the most expensive transactions recorded by the Dubai Land Department during the week involved premium office and residential properties.
An office at AHS Tower in Trade Centre Second changed hands for Dh33 million ($9 million), making it the highest-value sale among the transactions highlighted for the period.
Another major commercial transaction involved an office at Lumena Alta by Omniyat in Business Bay, which was sold for Dh30.75 million ($8.4 million).
A residential deal also featured among the week's notable transactions, with an apartment at Citywalk Residential Building 13B in City Walk selling for Dh29.5 million ($8 million).
Mortgages add Dh3.05bn to weekly activity
Mortgage transactions represented another significant part of Dubai’s property market activity during the week.
According to Dubai Land Department figures, mortgage deals totalled approximately Dh3.05 billion ($840 million) between September 28 and October 2.
The mortgage figure adds to the overall value recorded across Dubai’s real estate market and reflects continued financing activity alongside direct property sales.
Gift transfers recorded at Dh648m
The weekly figures also included property transactions classified as gifts.
Gift transactions reached Dh648 million ($176.5 million) during the same period, contributing further to the total value of real estate activity recorded in Dubai.
Dubai property market maintains strong transaction activity
The latest Land Department figures show that Dubai continued to register substantial real estate activity at the start of October, with billions of dirhams moving through sales, mortgages and other forms of property transactions.
The mix of transactions also demonstrates the breadth of Dubai’s property market, covering everything from high-value commercial offices in major business districts to luxury residential units in established communities.
With thousands of sales recorded in a single week, Dubai continues to attract significant transaction activity across different segments of its real estate sector.
