Ajman’s property market maintained solid momentum in September 2026, recording 1,143 real estate transactions with a combined value of AED1.9 billion, according to the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department.

The figures point to continued investor and buyer interest across several residential and commercial areas of the emirate.

Property sales represented the largest share of activity, with 879 transactions generating AED1.44 billion in trading value during the month. The highest-value sale was recorded in Al Nakheel 2, where a transaction reached AED198 million.

Mortgage activity also contributed significantly to the September market. The emirate recorded 153 mortgage transactions valued at AED207 million. The largest mortgage transaction was registered in Al Jurf Industrial 1, with a value of AED15 million.

Among Ajman’s major developments, Emirates City emerged as the most-traded project during September. It was followed by Azha Community and Ajman One, highlighting continued demand across established and growing residential destinations.

At the neighbourhood level, Al Helio 2 recorded the highest trading activity. Al Helio 1 ranked second, followed by Al Zahya.

Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department, said the strong sales performance reflected continued investor interest in the opportunities available across the emirate.

The September figures underline the breadth of Ajman’s property activity, with sales, mortgages and transactions spread across a range of major projects and residential communities.
