Azizi Developments is preparing to host a major property sales event for Azizi Florence, its AED 30 billion residential community in Sharjah. Scheduled for 14 October 2026, the event will coincide with the opening of a dedicated sales centre in Um Fanain, giving prospective homeowners and investors an opportunity to explore the project in greater detail.
The event will run from 10 am to 10 pm and is expected to attract property buyers, investors and real estate brokers interested in the development’s residential offerings.
Property Prices, Payment Plans and Buyer Incentives
Azizi Florence will offer a range of residential options, including three-bedroom homes starting at AED 2.09 million. Buyers will also be able to explore a 30/70 payment plan, subject to the developer’s applicable terms.
Special offers available during the one-day event include a waiver of the 2% Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department fee on eligible purchases. The developer will also present selected villas and spacious townhouses to visitors exploring larger residential properties.

More Than 10,000 Homes Set to Be Developed in the Community
Azizi Florence is planned as a large-scale residential destination featuring more than 10,000 homes. According to the developer, the project will comprise over 7,200 villas and townhouses alongside more than 3,000 apartments.
Green spaces will form a significant part of the master plan, with approximately 25% of the development allocated to parks and open areas. More than 160,000 trees and plants are planned across the community.
One of the proposed attractions is Azizi Bardini Park, spanning approximately 1.7 million square feet. The park is expected to include 32 areas dedicated to sports, recreation, wellness, cultural activities and entertainment.
The master-planned community will also feature a 700,000-square-foot community mall and an additional 600,000 square feet of retail space. Other planned amenities include a school, nursery, healthcare facilities, mosques, restaurants and leisure destinations.
Strategic Location Near Major Roads and Airports
The development is situated along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), providing access to key destinations in Sharjah and Dubai.
Azizi Developments estimates that Sharjah International Airport and Sharjah University are around 10 minutes away, while Emirates Road (E611) can be reached in approximately 15 minutes. Dubai International Airport is approximately a 20-minute drive away, although journey times may vary depending on traffic conditions.
The location and planned community facilities are intended to serve residents seeking access to education, retail, leisure and transport connections within the wider Sharjah area.

The new sales centre follows the launch and groundbreaking of Azizi Florence, providing a dedicated location where prospective customers can review the development, view a furnished apartment and discuss available purchasing options with the developer’s sales team.
