The highest-value individual mortgage was recorded in Al Jurf Industrial 1, with a value of AED 20.9 million.
Ajman Uptown Leads the Most-Traded Projects

Investment Opportunities Support Market Activity
Ajman continues to offer a variety of property options for buyers and investors, ranging from residential communities to larger real estate developments. The July figures provide a snapshot of activity across different locations and transaction types.
With 1,517 transactions registered during the month, the emirate’s property market maintained a notable level of activity. The distribution of sales, mortgages and trading volumes also highlights the importance of tracking individual communities and developments when assessing local market trends.
For investors and prospective buyers, these figures offer a useful overview of where property transactions were concentrated in Ajman during July 2026. However, transaction volumes alone do not establish whether property prices or investment returns have increased.
As Ajman’s real estate sector continues to evolve, future transaction data will help provide a clearer picture of demand and changing investment patterns across the emirate.
