Rechitta Upgrades AI Platform to Simplify Property Sales for Dubai Brokers

The new version introduces text-based AI assistance and improved project presentations as Dubai’s real estate market generates growing volumes of property information.

Dubai’s real estate industry is increasingly turning to artificial intelligence to help property brokers work more efficiently. With developers regularly introducing new projects, sales professionals must keep track of changing prices, payment options, available units and expected completion dates. A new platform upgrade from Dubai-based proptech company Rechitta aims to make this information easier to access.

The company has introduced Rechitta V2 after recording more than 100,000 minutes of broker usage.Rechitta said user feedback and usage patterns played a key role in developing the updated platform, helping make property details easier for brokers to access and use in daily operations and client discussions.

New AI Features Target Property Brokers’ Needs

Rechitta V2 adds a text-based Chat Mode and upgrades its Presentation Mode for a better user experience. The new chat feature allows brokers to type questions and receive responses without needing to interact with the platform through voice commands.

The updated presentation feature provides a guided way to explore development projects using visual materials and current project information. These options are intended to accommodate different working situations, whether an agent is preparing for a client meeting, attending a property exhibition or responding to questions while travelling.

The platform uses developer-provided information to answer queries about project specifications, prices, payment plans, unit availability and handover schedules. By bringing these details together, it aims to reduce the need for brokers to search manually through multiple brochures, presentations and property listings.

Broker Usage Shapes the Platform’s Development

Rechitta’s founders say the latest upgrade reflects how agents use the technology in practical sales situations.

Co-founder Aryaman Maheshwari described the 100,000-minute usage milestone as an opportunity to understand how brokers examine developments, seek clarification and evaluate project details. He said these observations influenced the evolution of the platform.

Co-founder Atiksh Mittal also highlighted the importance of delivering useful information when brokers need it. The company's latest features are designed to make interactions more flexible and conversational while keeping agents in control of the sales process.

AI Gains a Bigger Role in Dubai’s Property Market

Dubai’s continuing flow of residential and mixed-use development launches creates a substantial amount of information for property professionals to manage. Brokers need to understand project details quickly so they can respond to potential buyers and explain the differences between developments.

AI-powered tools such as Rechitta aim to simplify this process by making relevant project information accessible through a single interface. The technology could help agents spend less time searching for details and more time assisting clients, although the actual benefits depend on the accuracy and completeness of the underlying data.

The V2 release also introduces the Rechitta Orb, a new visual identity for the platform’s AI assistant. The company says it plans to continue developing specialised AI features for the real estate industry.

As property technology becomes more integrated into sales operations, platforms that combine reliable project information with convenient access could become increasingly useful for Dubai’s brokers and real estate businesses.
