Arsenal East has introduced VIBE, a residential development planned for Dubai’s Jumeirah Garden City neighbourhood, as the developer expands its presence in the UAE property market. The project combines furnished apartments with shared facilities designed to accommodate modern urban lifestyles.
Presented to prospective investors and real estate professionals at a launch event at Nikki Beach, the development features a mix of studio and one-bedroom residences. According to the project announcement, the building will contain 207 apartments, comprising 153 one-bedroom units and 54 studios.
The development is intended to appeal to residents who value access to central business districts, practical living spaces and facilities within their residential building.
Jumeirah Garden City Location Supports Urban Living
Situated in the Satwa area, Jumeirah Garden City offers access to established parts of Dubai, including Downtown Dubai, the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and Dubai Mall.
The location is a central part of the project's appeal, particularly for professionals seeking accommodation within reach of major employment centres and lifestyle destinations.
Arsenal East CEO Maxim Barkov said Dubai remains an important market for the company's growth plans. He also identified Abu Dhabi as another market of interest for the developer.
The company brings experience from international residential development to its UAE operations. According to the information provided at the launch, its portfolio includes 55 residential complexes containing more than 23,000 apartments.
Architecture Moves Beyond Conventional Luxury Design
VIBE's design concept combines premium materials with unconventional shapes and architectural details. Rather than relying solely on traditional luxury styling, the project aims to create a distinctive visual identity while maintaining practical residential features.
Architect Yodgor Davlatmamadov, CEO and owner of YD Design, described the concept as reflecting how homes increasingly accommodate several aspects of daily life, including working, exercising, dining and relaxation.
The design team also intends to incorporate unusual decorative elements into shared spaces. One proposed feature is a large marble cube suspended within the lobby, forming a focal point for the building's interior.
The approach brings architecture and communal areas together as part of the development's overall residential concept.
Swimming Pools, Fitness and Coworking Facilities
The project’s planned amenities extend beyond individual apartments, with facilities intended to support work, leisure and wellness within the building.
Features outlined for VIBE include:
A 25-metre temperature-controlled indoor swimming pool and an outdoor pool
A gym, yoga spaces and meditation areas
Coworking facilities and meeting rooms
A library and cinema lounge
A landscaped terrace garden
A restaurant focused on healthy food

The development is also planned to include 227 parking spaces, alongside commercial and retail areas.
According to the project details, indoor amenities will cover more than 7,000 square feet, while outdoor facilities will extend across approximately 20,000 square feet.
These shared spaces are intended to give residents access to work and recreation facilities without requiring them to travel elsewhere for every activity. The wellness component also forms part of the development's approach to residential living, with dedicated areas for exercise, meditation and relaxation.

VIBE represents Arsenal East's effort to establish a recognisable identity in Dubai through a combination of architectural design, furnished apartments and shared lifestyle facilities.
The project’s design team includes DA bureau, which is responsible for the architectural concept, and YD Design, associated with the building's design.
