Zimaya Properties Launches AED 185 Million Lawncrest Residential Project in Dubai
Dubai Production City development features 183 apartments, with prices starting at AED 595,000 and nearly half of its units reportedly sold within three weeks
Zimaya Properties has introduced Lawncrest, a residential development valued at AED 185 million in Dubai Production City, marking the developer's fifth residential project in Dubai.
The ten-storey building comprises 183 apartments, including studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. According to the developer, the project is designed around practical floor plans, contemporary interiors and efficient use of natural light, with views towards the green surroundings of Jumeirah Golf Estates.
Prices start at AED 595,000 for studio apartments. The developer has also outlined payment options intended to give buyers flexibility when purchasing a property.
Nearly Half of Units Sold Following Launch
Zimaya Properties reported that close to 50% of Lawncrest's apartments were sold during the first three weeks after its launch. The initial sales response provides an early indication of buyer interest in the development, although it does not establish broader market performance.
The company says its residential projects focus on functional layouts, interior finishes and features suited to contemporary lifestyles. Its developments incorporate products from established brands, including Teka kitchen appliances, alongside Technogym-related lifestyle offerings and home automation solutions.
Zimaya has launched five projects to date and says four have already sold out. The developer's management team brings more than 30 years of combined experience across real estate, design, planning and construction.
Developer Plans Further Expansion Across Dubai
Lawncrest forms part of Zimaya Properties' wider development strategy, with additional projects planned in different parts of the emirate.
The company's stated pipeline includes a beachfront residential development on Dubai Islands, a boutique commercial project in Arjan and further opportunities in Dubai Production City.
Muhammad Arsalan Tabani, Director of Zimaya Properties, said the response to Lawncrest had encouraged the company as it prepared its next developments. He also pointed to Dubai's appeal among local residents and overseas buyers as a factor supporting the developer's plans.
The launch adds another residential project to Dubai's property pipeline, while the proposed developments indicate that Zimaya intends to expand into both residential and commercial real estate.
For prospective buyers, Lawncrest's starting price, apartment selection and location in Dubai Production City provide the main points to consider when assessing the project. As with any off-plan property purchase, buyers should independently verify the payment schedule, completion timeline, applicable fees and project registration details before committing.
