Four Seasons Plans Exclusive 52-Residence Luxury Development in Dubai’s DIFC
New residential project combines premium interiors, private outdoor spaces and hotel-style amenities in the heart of Dubai’s financial district.
Dubai’s luxury property market is set to welcome another high-end residential address, with Four Seasons introducing a collection of 52 private homes in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The development brings together the hospitality brand’s residential concept, specialist architectural design and a location close to some of the city’s key business and lifestyle destinations.
Bright Start, a Dubai-based real estate investment company, is partnering with Four Seasons on the project, while H&H Development will oversee its development. The scheme forms part of a wider mixed-use vision designed by David Chipperfield Architects, the internationally recognised architecture practice.
A Private Residential Address in DIFC
The development is positioned near Gate Avenue, placing residents within easy reach of DIFC’s offices, restaurants, art galleries and luxury retail outlets. Downtown Dubai is approximately a five-minute drive away, while Jumeirah Beach can be reached in around 15 minutes, according to the project announcement.
Its location is intended to appeal to buyers seeking a home that offers convenient access to Dubai’s business district alongside high-end residential comforts. Residents will also have access to selected experiences at Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre and Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, subject to the applicable arrangements.
Spacious Homes With Bespoke Interiors
The residences are planned with generous interiors, natural light, high ceilings and travertine flooring. Reported home sizes range from 378 to 923 square metres, with interiors furnished and fitted by Tihany Design, a studio known for its work across luxury hospitality and residential projects.
Each home is expected to include a private terrace overlooking Downtown Dubai, landscaped pedestrian gardens or the development’s retail courtyard. Dedicated office space, a family room, a laundry room and a separate service entrance are also among the planned features.
The project will include two bespoke penthouses, each reported to offer living space starting at 1,700 square metres and a private swimming pool. The unusually large stated size should be confirmed with the developer before publication.
Wellness and Leisure Within the Building
A full floor on Level 12 is planned for residents’ shared facilities. The amenities are set to include a swimming pool, fitness centre, movement studio, spa, golf simulator, residents’ lounge, meeting rooms and a dedicated children's play area.
The development will also feature a private residential lobby. Together with the planned hotel-related privileges and dedicated property management, these facilities position the project within Dubai’s premium branded-residence segment.
Four Seasons Expands Its Residential Presence
The DIFC project adds to Four Seasons’ growing residential portfolio in the region, which includes its Dubai Jumeirah offering and residences in Abu Dhabi, alongside developments in other markets.
For Dubai’s property sector, the launch adds another internationally branded residential concept to a district better known for its financial institutions and commercial activity. The project’s combination of a central location, bespoke interiors and hospitality-related services is designed to attract buyers looking for a luxury home in an established urban setting.
The developer has not specified a confirmed completion date or sales prices in the supplied announcement. Further details on pricing, availability and delivery timelines will be important for prospective buyers assessing the project.
