Abu Dhabi to Host IREIS 2026 as Major UAE Property Developers Prepare to Showcase Projects
Three-day real estate exhibition at ADNEC will bring together investors, developers and industry professionals to explore property opportunities across the UAE
Abu Dhabi is preparing to host the 2026 edition of the International Real Estate and Investment Show (IREIS), with more than 4,000 visitors expected to attend the three-day event from November 10 to 12.
The exhibition will take place at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), bringing together property developers, investors, real estate brokers, asset managers and prospective homebuyers from the UAE and international markets.
The event is expected to feature residential, commercial and mixed-use developments, providing visitors with an opportunity to examine property offerings from Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah and other emerging real estate destinations.
Abu Dhabi's property market attracts investor attention
The exhibition comes at a time when Abu Dhabi's real estate sector is recording significant transaction activity and attracting interest from local and overseas investors.
According to figures attributed to the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC), the emirate recorded AED175.7 billion in total real estate transactions during the first nine months of 2026. Residential property sales accounted for AED95.8 billion across 21,416 registered home sales.
The emirate's residential market also has a substantial development pipeline. Existing housing supply stands at approximately 409,000 units, with another 71,000 homes expected to be added by 2030.
This expanding pipeline reflects ongoing development activity and the growing range of residential investment options available across Abu Dhabi.
Developers and property companies join the exhibition
Several established UAE property companies are expected to participate in IREIS 2026, presenting their developments and investment opportunities to potential buyers.
Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) is participating as the exhibition's Official Knowledge Partner. Samana Developers, Aqaar and Al Rasikhoon Real Estate are among the Gold Sponsors, while De Sousa Holdings is listed as a Platinum Sponsor.
Ellington Properties, Dugasta Properties, Zimaya Properties and Capstone Real Estate are among the participating Silver Sponsors. Vertix Holding is also associated with the event as a Strategic Partner.
The participation of developers from different parts of the UAE is expected to provide visitors with a broader view of the country's residential and commercial property markets.
Technology and innovation feature in conference programme
Alongside the property exhibition, IREIS 2026 will include industry discussions covering developments in property technology, artificial intelligence and innovation across real estate and construction.
Knight Frank and JLL are identified as conference partners, supporting discussions around emerging technologies and their influence on the property sector.
Topics such as digital property services, AI-driven solutions and construction innovation are becoming increasingly important as developers and real estate businesses explore new ways to improve operations and investment management.
Citizenship and international investment opportunities
The exhibition will also feature a Citizenship Expo Pavilion, focusing on international residency, immigration and citizenship-by-investment programmes.
The pavilion is expected to introduce visitors to different residency and citizenship options available in selected European and Caribbean countries. This adds an international investment dimension to the event, particularly for visitors interested in overseas property ownership and mobility options.
IREIS 2026 to bring UAE property markets together
With developers, investors and property professionals expected from different markets, IREIS 2026 will provide a platform for examining investment opportunities across the UAE.
Abu Dhabi's expanding residential supply, continued development activity and growing transaction volumes provide an important backdrop to this year's exhibition.
The event is scheduled to run from November 10 to 12 at ADNEC in Abu Dhabi, with discussions and property showcases covering several segments of the real estate industry.
