UAE-based Reportage Group is strengthening its presence in Azerbaijan through a partnership with Sabah Investment Group, with the companies presenting four residential developments at an event held in Abu Dhabi.
The showcase focused on projects planned within Sea Breeze, a large residential and resort destination on Azerbaijan’s Caspian Sea coastline near Baku. The event brought together sales professionals, media representatives and other guests to learn about the developments and their role in the destination’s wider growth plans.
The four projects presented were Reportage Heights, Panorama by Elie Saab, Arabian Ranches Baku and BRABUS Island Baku. Each development follows a different residential concept, offering a combination of waterfront living, branded properties, family-oriented homes and luxury residences.
Four Developments Offer Different Residential Concepts
Reportage Heights is designed around waterfront apartment living, with features including sea views, spacious terraces and recreational facilities.
Panorama by Elie Saab introduces branded residences incorporating interior design elements from Elie Saab Maison. The project combines residential property with the design identity associated with the international fashion label.
Arabian Ranches Baku takes inspiration from Eastern architectural styles and focuses on family-oriented living. Its planned residential options include apartments and townhouses, complemented by resort-style amenities.
BRABUS Island Baku brings the German luxury brand’s design approach to the Caspian coastline. The development features a collection of waterfront residences and villas aimed at buyers seeking a distinctive luxury lifestyle.
Together, the four projects demonstrate the range of residential concepts being introduced within the wider Sea Breeze destination.
Partnership Supports Reportage Group’s International Expansion
Andrea Nucera, group managing director of Reportage Group, said the company’s international strategy involves identifying markets where its development experience can respond to local demand and create long-term value.
He highlighted Sea Breeze as a destination combining residential accommodation, tourism and leisure, providing opportunities to serve different buyer preferences through a varied property portfolio.

Sea Breeze Development Targets Long-Term Growth
Sea Breeze is situated approximately 30 minutes from central Baku and covers around 500 hectares along the Caspian Sea. According to the project information provided, the destination already accommodates more than 20,000 residents and includes over three million square metres of completed residential and commercial space.
Founded by businessman Emin Agalarov, Sea Breeze is being developed as an integrated community combining homes, tourism accommodation, commercial facilities and leisure attractions.
The master plan, designed by British architecture and urban design firm Scott Brownrigg, extends along an 18-kilometre coastal stretch. The development’s various phases are targeted for completion by 2035.
