Dubai's property market registered AED12.26 billion in total real estate transactions between October 26 and 30, 2026, reflecting continued activity across residential, commercial and other property segments.

Figures published by the Dubai Land Department show that the emirate recorded 2,579 property sales during the five-day reporting period, with their combined value reaching AED7.44 billion.

The latest figures also include substantial activity in mortgage financing and property gifts, providing a broader picture of the transactions taking place across Dubai's real estate market.

Property sales account for AED7.44 billion

Sales represented the largest component of the reported transaction activity, contributing AED7.44 billion to the weekly total.

Among the notable deals recorded during the period was the sale of an apartment at Balqis Residence – Beach Villas on Palm Jumeirah for AED55 million, equivalent to approximately $15 million.

The transaction highlights the continued presence of high-value property deals in one of Dubai's most established luxury residential destinations.

Commercial property also featured in the week's major transactions. An office at Bureau Lamar in Business Bay was sold for approximately AED43.76 million, or around $12 million.

These transactions demonstrate the range of properties attracting buyers, from premium waterfront residences to commercial real estate in established business districts.

Mortgage transactions exceed AED3.5 billion

Property financing represented another significant part of Dubai's weekly real estate activity.

According to Dubai Land Department figures, mortgage transactions reached AED3.51 billion during the October 26–30 period, equivalent to approximately $956 million.

The figures highlight the role of mortgage financing in supporting property purchases across the emirate.

Alongside sales and mortgages, property transfers recorded as gifts accounted for a further AED1.31 billion, or approximately $357 million.

Together, these three categories brought the total recorded transaction value to AED12.26 billion.

Dubai's property market continues to attract investment activity

The latest weekly figures provide another indication of the scale and diversity of Dubai's real estate market.

Activity across residential and commercial properties, together with mortgage-backed purchases and property transfers, reflects the different ways buyers and investors participate in the emirate's property sector.

The AED55 million Palm Jumeirah apartment sale also illustrates the presence of premium transactions alongside the wider volume of property deals.

For prospective buyers, investors and real estate professionals, regularly monitoring Dubai Land Department transaction data can provide useful insight into market activity, property demand and changing investment patterns.

As Dubai continues to attract local and international property buyers, transaction volumes and values remain important indicators for understanding the direction of its real estate sector.
