DECA announces Dh3 billion development plans with new residential collection in UAE
Developer introduces Lorévia Collection, with its first waterfront residential project planned for Al Zorah in Ajman
DECA Developments has announced a major expansion strategy involving more than Dh3 billion worth of new property developments expected to be launched over the next six months. The announcement coincides with the introduction of its new residential portfolio, Lorévia Collection, which will include projects across the UAE and selected international markets.
The collection was officially introduced at an industry event in Dubai attended by real estate professionals, agency representatives and business leaders. The launch marks a new stage in the developer's plans to expand its presence in the premium residential property segment.
According to the company, Lorévia Collection will initially cover ten destinations, bringing together residential projects in urban locations, waterfront communities, coastal settings and distinctive natural environments.
First waterfront development planned for Al Zorah
The first project under the new collection is a premium waterfront residential development planned for Al Zorah in Ajman.
The coastal destination is known for its mangrove surroundings, waterways and natural landscapes. The proposed development is expected to incorporate contemporary residential architecture, waterfront views and facilities designed around leisure and residential living.
Its location also provides access to several established attractions in Al Zorah, including beaches, a marina and a championship golf course.
The project represents DECA's entry into the waterfront residential segment through its newly introduced collection.
Expansion plans extend beyond the UAE
DECA's new residential portfolio will not be limited to the domestic market. The company has indicated that its planned developments will also cover selected international destinations.
The initial collection includes two projects in Europe, one of which is expected to feature a villa community in a mountain setting. The wider portfolio is intended to reflect the characteristics of each location rather than follow a single residential development format.
The developer's planned Dh3 billion pipeline over the next six months highlights its intention to increase development activity and strengthen its position in the premium property market.
Focus on premium residential developments
The introduction of Lorévia Collection reflects DECA's strategy of developing properties that combine location, architectural design and lifestyle-oriented features.
The company says its approach will focus on selecting locations and creating residential environments suited to changing buyer expectations in the premium housing segment.
The launch also included recognition of real estate agencies and individual agents through the company's 2026 partner awards, highlighting the importance of its relationships with property market intermediaries.
With its first Al Zorah waterfront project now publicly unveiled and additional developments planned across several markets, DECA is preparing for a new phase of expansion in the UAE and internationally.
