Deyaar Reports Dh541.5 Million Profit as Dubai Property Handovers Surpass 2,100 Units

Dubai developer records 27% profit growth in the first nine months of 2026, with improved margins and continued residential project deliveries

Deyaar Development recorded a 27% increase in profit before tax to Dh541.5 million during the first nine months of 2026, supported by residential property handovers and improved profitability across its operations.

The Dubai-based developer’s profit before tax increased from Dh425.7 million in the corresponding period of 2025. Revenue also grew, rising 5% year-on-year to Dh1.52 billion from Dh1.45 billion.

Profitability improved at a faster pace than revenue, pushing Deyaar’s profit-before-tax margin to 35.6%, compared with 29.4% a year earlier. The company attributed the improvement to efficient project execution and tighter cost management.

Third-quarter earnings continue to rise

Deyaar also delivered stronger financial results in the third quarter of 2026. Profit before tax reached Dh205.4 million, representing a 29% increase from Dh159.1 million recorded in the same quarter last year.

The results indicate that the developer maintained earnings growth during the period, even as revenue expansion remained relatively moderate.

More than 2,100 residential units delivered

Property delivery remained a central part of Deyaar’s business during 2026. The company confirmed that it had handed over more than 2,100 residential units across its Dubai communities since the beginning of the year.

Completing homes allows developers to fulfil commitments to buyers and convert projects in their development pipeline into delivered properties. For Deyaar, the continued handovers form an important part of its strategy to support financial performance and maintain progress across its residential portfolio.

Saeed Mohammed Al Qatami, chief executive officer of Deyaar, said the company’s performance during the first nine months reflected its emphasis on completing developments and delivering homes to customers.

He also highlighted the importance of turning existing sales commitments into completed properties and generating value through the timely execution of projects.

Dubai's long-term development plans support growth strategy

Deyaar said Dubai’s wider economic and urban development priorities remain relevant to its long-term business strategy. The company pointed to the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan as key frameworks supporting the emirate’s continued development.

As it approaches the final quarter of 2026, the developer intends to maintain its focus on project completion, construction progress and profitability. It also expects projects at more advanced stages of development to contribute further as construction and handovers continue.

Al Qatami said the company aims to enter 2027 with a stronger business position, placing emphasis on sustainable performance rather than growth in size alone.

Community initiatives remain part of its strategy

Alongside its property development operations, Deyaar continues to participate in community-focused initiatives through partnerships with Al Jalila Foundation and Dubai Club for People of Determination.

Its collaboration with Al Jalila Foundation supports cancer care initiatives, while its work with Dubai Club for People of Determination focuses on inclusion and empowerment.

The company considers these partnerships part of its broader sustainability and community development commitments.

Focus remains on delivery and financial discipline

Deyaar’s latest results highlight the contribution of completed residential projects and improved margins to its financial performance in 2026. With more than 2,100 homes handed over and profit before tax increasing by 27%, the developer is entering the final months of the year with continued attention on construction schedules, project delivery and cost management.

Its performance in the coming quarters will depend in part on the progress of ongoing developments and the conversion of its project pipeline into completed homes.
