Ajman's real estate market recorded more than AED 3.31 billion in property valuation activity during the third quarter of 2026, reflecting the scale of demand across different property categories.

According to figures released by the Ajman Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, the emirate registered 738 property valuation transactions between July and September.

Commercial properties represented the largest share of the total valuation value. The segment recorded 102 transactions worth more than AED 2 billion, placing it well ahead of the residential and industrial sectors.

Residential properties accounted for valuations totalling AED 677 million, while industrial assets contributed another AED 278 million.
