Sharjah Expands Real Estate Services with New Registration Branch in Muwaileh

New facility brings property registration, valuation, mortgage and documentation services closer to residents and investors

Sharjah is strengthening access to its property-related government services with the opening of a new branch of the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department in Muwaileh, an area experiencing considerable urban and investment activity.

The new facility is intended to make property transactions more convenient for customers while supporting the growing requirements of buyers, sellers, residents and investors in Muwaileh and neighbouring communities.

Through the new location, customers can access several essential real estate services, including property transaction registration, title deed issuance, mortgage processing, property valuations and contract authentication. The branch has been established to provide these services through a dedicated facility supported by modern technology and trained personnel.

The expansion forms part of the department's wider efforts to improve service accessibility while combining physical service locations with its ongoing digital transformation initiatives.

Abdulaziz Ahmed Al Shamsi, Director-General of the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, explained that the new facility supports the leadership's vision of developing a more efficient investment environment and improving the quality of services available to the public.

He highlighted Muwaileh's growing importance as a residential and investment destination, pointing to the area's expanding population and increasing number of property developments. Establishing a local service centre will help the department respond more effectively to these changing requirements.

Omar Al Mansoori, Director of the department's Branches Department, said the new location is part of a broader plan to strengthen the organisation's service network across Sharjah.

He noted that the facility has been equipped with updated technology and qualified staff to make property-related procedures easier and more efficient. The objective is to give customers greater flexibility in choosing a convenient location to complete their transactions.

The Muwaileh facility also strengthens the department's existing presence across the emirate. Its service network includes the main office in Al Layyeh, a Central Region branch and additional locations in Khorfakkan, Kalba and Dibba Al-Hisn.

With this latest addition, Sharjah is continuing to expand the infrastructure supporting its property market, making essential government services more accessible as development and investment activity spread across different parts of the emirate.
