Twelve Ultra-Luxury Beachfront Mansions in Dubai Up to $135 Million Are Unveiled by the Palace Group
Palace Group is developing 12 bespoke beachfront mansions across Dubai’s Jumeirah Bay Island and La Mer, with individual properties valued between $50 million and $135 million.
Dubai’s ultra-luxury residential market is set to see a new collection of high-value waterfront homes, with Palace Group planning 12 individually designed mansions across Jumeirah Bay Island and La Mer.
According to the developer, the residences are targeted for completion by 2027 and will be developed as bespoke properties rather than as part of a standardised housing design.
Each mansion is expected to feature its own architectural concept, with Palace Group working with international architects, designers and artisans on the residences. The developer said it will oversee construction from the initial design stage through to completion.
Beachfront properties in Dubai will cost $135 million.
The planned mansions are expected to be priced between $50 million and $135 million each. Based on an approximate exchange rate of AED3.67 to the US dollar, this represents roughly AED184 million to AED496 million per property.
Palace Group said the project will strengthen its existing presence on Jumeirah Bay Island while also expanding its portfolio into La Mer.
The developer described La Mer as an emerging ultra-prime residential destination, adding to Dubai’s growing collection of high-end waterfront communities.

Palace Group expands its Dubai residential portfolio
The new beachfront mansions form part of Palace Group’s wider development activity in Dubai.
The company is also developing a separate collection of luxury mansions at Dubai Hills Estate. Its portfolio includes AYA, a boutique residential project in Jumeirah Garden City.
The 12 properties planned across Jumeirah Bay Island and La Mer are scheduled for completion by 2027, according to Palace Group.
